Phone interview - basic screening to see if I was suitable for role, if successful I would be put through to face-to-face interview Face-to-Face interview - took around 20 mins, and then was asked to do an activity on shop floor where I had to pick out an outfit and then justify it basic questions, very similar to what has already been posted online on glassdoor
