Phone interview - basic screening to see if I was suitable for role, if successful I would be put through to face-to-face interview
Face-to-Face interview - took around 20 mins, and then was asked to do an activity on shop floor where I had to pick out an outfit and then justify it
basic questions, very similar to what has already been posted online on glassdoor
typical retail questions like your experience, customer service-related questions. Also you need to know about the brand and keep up to the date with their values. and 10 minutes on the floor where the manager watches you work.
