Gallagher interview questions

There was a phone interview with a recruiter and then two video interviews with different staff members. They never followed up to tell me I didn't get the position, which is troubling since I devoted much of my time to them with the long interview process. None of the questions were out of the ordinary. They mainly asked questions about what I do at my current role.

Friendly, quite informal they are happy to train people. The interview process is more to see if you as a person are a good fit for the company. Had to do a technical test which was just a few questions on a laptop, wasn’t difficult.
