Gallagher interview questions

Engaged with recruiter and they followed up with a phone call to gain initial information on candidate's strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, etc. Then, if they see potential, will set up an in-person interview with a manager.

The interview process is normal, had no issues with that, however the onboarding process takes months which is really annoying. So overall, i'd say it was an okay process and nothing much to add.
