The interview began with a warm welcome from the panel, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The questions primarily focused on assessing my understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and client management skills. They were particularly interested in how I would handle complex client situations and provide tailored consulting solutions.
One of the standout moments during the interview was when they asked me to describe a challenging client scenario I had encountered in the past and how I successfully managed to address the client's concerns while maintaining a positive relationship. This allowed me to showcase my problem-solving skills and emphasize the importance of client satisfaction in my previous roles.
First stage is the phone screening. Teams video interview is the next stage within the interview process. Entire process took about a month. Longer than other companies I’ve interview with.
