Gallagher interview questions

I had interview with the team on 05/04/2024 - first stage the team was very friendly and I was enjoy the conversation with interviewers. It was very causal and getting know each other type of thing. Today 13/05 , I haven't even heard the feedback whether I'm successful or if not why? I think it's out of order to not getting back to candidate for any result or feedback. Found it quite disrespectful and recruitment team didn't value your time at all
