Gallagher interview questions

The first round was via phone, mostly discussing the company and role specifics (systems, methodology, types of audit areas performed). Second round was an onsite with 2 IA managers, for ~30 minutes each. Mostly going through behavioral questions and asking about operational audit experience which they mostly work on.

Two interviews - first was 45 minute STAR format with two managers, second was a quick 15 minute with some higher end HR managers just vetting you and making sure you're a fit. Everyone was pleasant to chat to and made the experience welcoming. HR was kind, but only got in contact with me when it benefit them. They ghosted me after the second interview. But then HR got back in touch (without mentioning or acknowledging the status of my initial job application) as they thought I would be a good fit for another similar position. I declined the second time through.
