Gallagher interview questions

Smooth process in a non pressured environment felt very friendly which took the pressure off of it being an interview. Worked around my schedule to ensure best dates given and to allow me time to prep.

I applied for this role and was emailed one week later and asked to schedule a phone screen. The scheduling link showed an error, so I emailed the recruiter to schedule the screen. The recruiter then missed the phone screen and asked to reschedule. She rescheduled to a different day and missed the second time as well. We finally spoke the third time, and the screen was about 15 mins. I was contacted a week after the screen to move forward to a Teams interview with the hiring manager - in that email, the recruiter spelled my name so egregiously wrong that I thought they had the wrong person. I rejected the interview with the hiring manager, since I received an offer at a different company.
