Gallagher interview questions

After applying, I was invited to an in-person interview. It was professional yet friendly. I was interviewed by a panel of 3 gentlemen. They each asked different questions and had copies of my resume. It sounded like a great internship program. They outlined that there would be a conference in Chicago, an end-of-summer project presentation, and shadowing opportunities throughout the internship. They really emphasized how they only wanted to take on interns really interested in coming on full time.

I went to their crawley office and was interviewed whilst another person took notes. They were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I had expected the interview questions as they told me before hand it would be a competency interview style. They gave me an additional test to do at the end in which they stated my answers weren't conducive to whether I get the job it was just to have a rough understanding of what knowledge I had of property insurance.
