I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gallagher in Apr 2024
Interview
I was contacted by Gallagher's talent acquisition team so that we could "connect and discuss the role in detail". They asked me to provide 3 time slots (dates and times) most convenient for me.
They responded rather quickly with an MS Teams invite that was not close to my suggested times. I don't know why they bothered asking.
I explained that I wouldn't be available for the call. They replied and rebooked our meeting for April 29th - except they mistakenly booked for "May 29th". I pointed out this error and the person replied that they'd changed it for April 29th (i. e. they STILL didn't notice).
Foolishly, I assumed that despite the calendar issue, they would remember our call and it wouldn't make a difference.
I was wrong. I showed up 10m early to our interview time [April 29th @ 1pm), and emailed Gallagher's TA team member, reminding them of the correct date and Teams link. They never showed up or replied to me. This was yesterday afternoon.
I'm very disappointed in the poor insight, organization, and attention to detail by Gallagher's staff. This was a complete waste of my time and energy
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gallagher (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2023
Interview
I received an email being invited to an interview, it was so easy and relaxed, didn't get asked any questions, apart from how do you manage time management. The interview was just the manager and team leader talking about the company and what the job involves
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallagher (Bellevue, WA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very quick, one interview in the office with the supervisor of operations and the administrative team. They were very kind and asked relevant questions. It was a very entry level position and I think that they did right by keeping the interview entry level focused. While also asking questions where I was able to showcase my skills. They expected the new hire to enhance the team not just fill the shoes of the past person.
