Case study and interviews were part of the process. You need to prepare for the case study and talk through during your interview. I had to go through interviews with three people to get through the process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
Started out with a screening. Then 2 more rounds of interviews over the phone and an online assessment. Then a review of it. It was straight forward and an easy process, but not sure how they decide which candidates get the final interview. Received positive feedback the whole time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2024
Interview
I’m writing to share my thoughts on a recent interview I had for the Senior Associate, Client Solutions (Private Equity) role with GLG.
I was very excited about this opportunity, given my experience, including my previous role as a Project Manager in the same industry . However, I found the interview process somewhat disappointing. Before we started, I was informed we only had a limited time for the conversation, which felt insufficient to discuss my qualifications and the alignment with the role. While the interview lasting for 5 minutes, it felt rushed, and there was no engagement from Ms. __, with no questions asked.
On August 28th, I received a rejection notice, which left me both surprised and disappointed, given how closely my background matches the role’s requirements. I followed up with Ms. __ on LinkedIn, seeking feedback to understand how I could improve or where my application may have fallen short, but I have not received a response. Rushed interviews with no engagement do not allow for a fair assessment of a candidate's skills or a meaningful conversation.
