I applied online. I interviewed at GLG (Dublin, VA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The first round is 9 minutes of recording interview. There are 3 questions to answer with 5 minutes preparing time for each question. The questions are normal and common, it is not difficult to answer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GLG (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
The interview process was quite long (took a month or so). Not very difficult, however, it’s very tiring to do 4-5 rounds. First round was an initial screen, then two video interviews, one case study and final onsite interviews. The people I met seemed to be very nice and I thought the interview went well. Two days after, I was told they decided for someone else and I didn’t even get any feedback, which is a bit sad considering how much effort I put into preparing and learning about the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The process itself was pretty standard, contact from the recruiter then a phone interview from there. After the phone interview there is a case study followed by an on-site interview with three managers, everyone was really nice and courteous. I only got a bad feeling after asking my interviewers about the work life balance and no one could give me a direct answer which told me it was probably poor. I passed on the opportunity for that reason and the parking situation downtown.
