Was recommended this position by a head-hunter (yes, head-hunter referred another "head-hunter" role). Suspected this role's R&R and that my profile probably not matching with what they are looking for but was convinced to attend the interview.
Office was nice. The interview has 2 parts - 1-hour case study followed by another hour for competency-based question and the ppt deck you made for case study.
I would not describe the overall interview was pleasant for 1) it is very time-consuming, 2) interviewer is not showing respect (they even asked whether your promotion lately at current employer was the reason you decided to change job at this moment, i.e. so as to bargain for better package in next role). 3) did not specify the desired candidate background but appears to have high expectation in terms of industry knowledge.
