GLG Research Associate interview questions

I went through 3? 4? round of interview. First round was with the hr and then with the hiring manager, they were super nice and they explained what's their business model and what was this job all about, etc. No difficult questions, just basic ones like three weakness/strength, my understanding of this role, etc. Then they sent me a case which I need to finish in 3 hrs. The last round was supposed to speak with the VP, however, it turned out to be a senior manager and they didn't inform me this. The senior manager was 30 minutes late and she said she thought it's an onsite interview and she didn't know it's a screen interview (I was still in NY at that time). After 2 weeks they sent me a rejection letter.

I applied online. And 2-3 days, they ask me a face to face interview. It is a short interview. The interviewer asked about what do you know about GLG, What kind of service does GLG provide to client, How do you think about teamwork, Do you like interacting with people or data. Give example of you get well with others. The interviewer was nice and smart. They will require you to know more about their company. They may prefer people with curiosity and meet industry leader and talk to them with calm and intelligent.
