The interview process included three steps:
1. Phone Screen with HR
2. Phone Interview with someone in the department you are interviewing for
2. In-Office Interview: A meal/coffee with two employees and then four, 30 minute one-on-one interviews with various people in the office
They definitely look for a company culture match. I didn't get a whole lot of questions regarding my professional experience, but they were looking for the right company fit more than anything. Everyone was very friendly.
My advice would be to ask as many questions as possible. The business is broken up in a unique way, so be sure to understand how your position fits in the overall business operation. This was a little unclear to me during the interview process and I wish I would have asked more questions to clarify.
