There was a first test/ assessment online where you had to record yourself. If you passed the first assessment, you would get an email from the recruiter to have an interview.

There were three rounds of interviews with people of various statures, starting with the HR department, and then a department member, and then the department head. The first interview was just basic stuff. The second and third were far more substantive.
