I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GLG (Mumbai) in Nov 2016
Interview
The process initiates with a general telephonic round by the HR followed by meeting the team (in a day or two) in person (if deemed fit) and with a case study to test your skills. The whole process takes over a week and it gives a prompt response when asked over the mail.

Question 1
How do you think you can contribute to GLG and how GLG would help you shape your career.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at GLG (Glasgow, Escocia) in Nov 2016
Interview
Beginning of the process was great, however problems with the recruitment team and ignorance from their part after first round interview. Very unprofessional.
Online application with a CV and cover letter sent in November, followed by a 30 minute phone interview with their recruiter a week later. The interviewer asked behavioural and competency based questions. I was immediately invited to attend the first around interview, which would be held in a week. Very accommodating about doing the interview online.
First round had three parts with three separate interviewers:
1. Introduction into the role and motivation behind applying. Very simple and straightforward.
2. Role play, where I was given a scenario of interviewing a potential client. Five minutes to prepare, then introduce GLG, and why the client was wanted for the job.
3. Analysis case study: Questions behind specific drug discovery. Their way of seeing how you approach a problem.
In general, the interviewers were very pleasant and encouraging.
The interview was held on Thursday, I was told I would hear their decision on Tuesday; however heard nothing back. I emailed them, no reply. I called them, but could not get in touch with either of the recruiters I had been dealing with for days. Finally got through, and was told this specific recruiter only dealt with the early stages so he could not inform me on the progress. He promised to contact the other recruiter on my behalf, but again, heard nothing back. Even voice mails were left unanswered. Eventually received an email in January, almost two months after my interview, saying I had not passed through to the second stage (which was quite clear at this point). Very unprofessional and slow. Not worth the time.

Question 1
General competency based questions relating to fast-paced environment and working with clients.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
Had a 30 minute phone interview with the London office. The interviewer said he would set up an in-person meeting for the following week and email me the details.
Never got an email. I tried to follow up with him, only to get a response over a week later asking for my availability again, saying he had been out of the office. This exact email process repeated a couple times until I finally got ahold of him over the phone. Completely unprofessional, and this seems to be a company-wide practice, judging from other reviews.
The interviewer said he'd look into it, and asked if I was interested in interviewing for a sales position in the company instead--I wasn't. I got a form email a day later saying the position was filled.
