GLG interview questions

You won't get in unless you apply with a referral, through campus recruiting, went to University of Texas or Colgate, or apply for the bulk hiring of the summer and fall junior associate classes. Generally, it's the application, a phone call with HR, a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a case study, then an onsite interview and then an offer.

This is totally awful experience. The recruiter from ShangHai send a email to me to ask my availability for phone interview, I reply very fast, but she took 1 week to give me feedback and then decided a date for phone interview. The phone interview questions are easy and general, and the recruiter said will have second round interview but need to discuss with hiring manager to settle a date. AND, I wait for another week, and received an email said the hiring manager is on holiday, so I need to wait till he come back. FINE, I wait for on more week. After that week, I email to the recruiter about the second round interview schedule as I also have other interview, so I need to take control of my timetable so those interview will not be hold on the same day. BUT, the recruiter told me that the hiring manager because of some personal reason, will be back next week. OMG?!? What kind of company is it? A hiring manager can't decided a schedule of interview for 3 weeks, and didn't hand over this job to his colleague when he is travel or whatever?? I can not see any respect from this company. Every time, I sent 3 to 4 emails, then I can get 1 feedback from the recruiter. That is totally awful!!!!! I decided to refuse the job no matter any interview will be scheduled in the future. Those who are seeking for jobs, please DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
