I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2017
Interview
1 Phone Interview with HR Personnel - Quite a nice, relaxed chat with questions about my understanding of the role, me as a person and why I believe to be a good fit for this role. Very standard "Name me a time you had to work in a team..." type excersises
2 Assessment Centres in London, each with 3 one on one interviews.
In the first round the interviews was with more junior staff and involved one standard interview about the role and me as a person, a role play where I had to pretend to call a prospective member to join the GLG network and a case study of the research work.
In the second round the 3 interviews were with more senior staff and regarded me as a person and my suitability to the company

Question 1
Name one living person today who you would like to have a conversation with and why
Interview is conducted in person if local and on phone if not. Interviews with 2 employees are the first stage. The second stage involves a case analysis that varies depending on the department you are applying to. It is followed by further interviews, consisting of one and one half hours, where you review your case study with a current employee and personality interviews are conducted.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Nov 2017
Interview
After sending in my CV, I was invited to have a 30 minute phone chat with HR. Here I was asked questions about my CV, why I was applying for the job, what my relevant skills to the position were, what GLG is (you will be asked this at every stage), etc.
Then I was invited to complete the 1st round of interviews via video. Here I was interviewed by three different people for 30 minutes each. The first interview was mainly an opportunity to ask more questions about the position and also answered some behavioral questions. The second interview was a role play, where we went through a typical call trying to get an expert on board a project. The third interview was completing a value chain, where we went through and identified different stages of the chain and people who might work at those different stages.
If I had passed this 1st round of interviews, the 2nd round would be in-office with another set of interviews with various, more senior people.
The interviews were all done very professionally and the people doing the interviewing were friendly and walked me through all the exercises. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and was well informed about how the overall process was going to progress.
