GLG interview questions

It seems like there is lack of communications between desks, and the hiring manager took forever to make a decision. The salary I asked for the WITHIN the market range, but he even asked me whats the lowest salary I could accept if I work in GLG (I came with consulting background). And the rest rounds of interviews was just him questions my intention and passion to join GLG. Horrible experience, don't recommend this place to anyone. All of my friends had the same experience.
