GLG interview questions

Very well organised and thorough. Interviewees were very friendly. The recruiter was very friendly in rearranging an interview when I was unable to attend. They sent a large amount of materials to aid preparation for the interview.

At the in person interview they were all very professional and kind people - HR are very quick at giving a response and providing feedback - Overall a good experience despite not being offered the role. Process is as follows: 1) Send in your CV/ Cover Letter 2) Pre-recorded video interview (3 Qs) with some general questions (EG what do you have a passion for and why, why GLG etc) 3) Phone interview: talk through your motivation and experience 4) In person interviews: Three mini interviews; first a walk through of your experience and motivation, second a role play with a client/ expert, and third a 'value chain' exercise.
