I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2018
Interview
2 Stage process -
First interview last an hour and a half, split into three half hour interviews. I interviewed with three different people which included staff members who had previously undertaken the role, the manager and another stakeholder within the company. The interviews were quite standard and straight forward, competency focused. They asked about my previous experience, my motivations, the work style I enjoyed and why I applied for the role.
Before the second stage interview I was asked to complete a case study where I had to organise and schedule meeting appointments for a client, this involved using the availability given and working with different time zones to organise as asked. Was fairly straightforward.
The second stage interview was fairly similar to the first - met with three different stakeholders and again answered competency based questions. All interviewers were extremely friendly and make me feel very comfortable.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The process itself was pretty standard, contact from the recruiter then a phone interview from there. After the phone interview there is a case study followed by an on-site interview with three managers, everyone was really nice and courteous. I only got a bad feeling after asking my interviewers about the work life balance and no one could give me a direct answer which told me it was probably poor. I passed on the opportunity for that reason and the parking situation downtown.
