GLG Sr. Associate interview questions

The interview process was extremely long and tedious. Each interviewer described the job completely differently and no one had a clear answer on what the position. One interviewer even mentioned the culture isn't great and if work-life balance is important than this company isn't the place to be. Overall experience was unprofessional and lacking.

LONG. Initial recruiter interview followed by 3 formal interviews, a case study, 2 more follow up calls with recruiter, another catch up with first interviewer, final catch up with recruiter and then another week before final decision. Whole process takes about 4-6 weeks
