After applying online with a cover letter they ask you to do a personality test which is really quick to complete. After the test they send you an email to arrange a telephone interview, which lasts about 20-30mins. As most of the role involves speaking to clients on the phone, I believe they look at how professional you are and your communication skills more than how you actually answer the questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2017
Interview
Set up a 15 minute phone call few days after applying, asking standard competency questions. Then got an interview set for few days later. It was in 2 stages: 1st stage standard knowledge about company and role, go through your CV, and some competency questions. Then a role play pretending you're on the phone convincing someone to become consultant at GLG. Then final stage looking at a what goes into the value chain of a process e.g. yoghurt.

What do you know about the role and what you'll be doing?

Interview
It was a long process. First, they called me, and I had a 30 min phone interview. The person at the time said he would arrange a Skype interview for me to go on the second stage but then he never contacted me back. Thre months later I re-applied for a similar position in the company and got a phone interview again. This time it was a different person, and they told me that the previous employee had left the company reason why there was no follow-up. She still had my name on the record, and it had a good recommendation. I went further on to two more interview stages. The first stage I was brought in and interviewed with four different people and did a role play. Each interview of half an hour. Then I was told that I passed on to the final stage. The last stage was three interviews with current employees, also of 20 to 30 min long. This process continued for a two-month period. The feedback they gave me was poor and not helpful for me to grow or to improve my skills.
