GLG Associate interview questions

screening interview, of which there should be at least two more phone interviews. I got an email on a Thursday that asked when I would be available. It was a bank holiday weekend , so I said any time on Friday or Tuesday and got a reply on Wednesday scheduling a phone interview on Thursday at 11. Following Monday, I got a reply saying the position has been filled. Lovely interviewer.

The process was very long. Three or four rounds separated by a couple weeks each. It was very frustrating because I felt like I nailed all the interviews and then I ended up getting waitlisted for the position. Seems like they interview way too many people for this program and then end up waitlisting people if they apply on the later end even if they're qualified for the position. I wish GLG had been more candid about that because I spent a lot of time applying/preparing for the multiple rounds of interviews and case study challenge.
