They play everyone - get you in and get you excited. 3 step process, then the VP says well we’re still interviewing other people. They won’t say no to anyone

They had three rounds, after I wrote a whole case study, and then had the VP get on and say sorry we can’t meet your deadline. Despite me communicating it prior (it was a 4 week process total)
The interview process consists of a few telephone rounds and then it is ended with a case study interview. Takes about two to three weeks in total. Overall, fairly standard for the industry.
