GLAAD interview questions

Applied via email (sent cover letter + resume). Contacted about three days later for an in-person interview (New York Office). Offered the role on the spot. Pretty quick interview with a mix of behavioral and experiential questions. Very informal and casual conversation (in line with GLAAD's culture).

I interviewed here a while ago... I had long supported GLAAD's work and mission. Went through three rounds of interviews, felt very positive about the experience and the organization, then heard nothing more. My HR contact wouldn't respond to follow-ups, which left a bad taste in my mouth about the process, and unfortunately, also about the organization.
