GEA Group interview questions

After conducting an interview with the hiring manager and a team member, I received multiple feedback emails expressing strong interest in my candidacy and highlighting me as an intriguing candidate. However, approximately 2 months later, I received automated rejection notifications. Furthermore, I received feedback from the hiring manager indicating that the team ultimately decided to hire someone German. and they hired some internal candidate. HR was super friendly and cooprative.
