GEA Group Project Engineer interview questions

Fairly quick virtual interview with senior director, basic technical questions for them to make sure you actually know what you're talking about. Followed by multi-hour on site interview with some team members. None of them were prepared and asked the most random questions not related to work at all. It is just as appropriate for interviewers to prepare just like an interviewee. Two clearly had not even read my resume prior.

An initial phone call with HR to confirm job interest, and make an appointment for a HR Manager phone call. HR Manager phone call was ~30 minutes and was asked typical behavioral questions In person interview within 5 days. Initial short conversation with HR and additional questions. Afterwards, met and interviewed project manager and senior process engineer. Technical information was shared as well as questions.
