It was a phone interview that lasted for about 30 mins. The HR was really nice and she explained the job profile and duties well in detail. Most of the interview questions were behavioral questions. Like example of team work and time when you were criticized for your work ? Many questions were also related to my previous internships and group projects.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE (Nápoles) in Sep 2016
Interview
The phone-interview has been very quite and laid-back. The interviewer asked about my university career, what I was looking for and in which of their business I'd like to enjoy. After one week they sent me an e-mail in which the invite me to an another interview.
The process involved a online application first where you had to submit a CV and cover letter. Then if you got through I had to complete some online tests. These were not that difficult and can get practice from websites online. Then if you got passed the tests you were invited to a telephone interview where they asked you very generic basic questions (it was HR not actually and interviewer). Then if you passed that you were invited to a face to face interview.
