GE ITLP interview questions

The interview was very straightforward. The questions were based on behavior and experiences. The recruiter was very nice and non-intimidating. She relayed exactly how the process would go and stuck to that format. It was late in the work-day but she continued to show interest- which helped with my nervousness. This was my first job interview, but it didn't seem to bad or challenging. Since everything was behavioral, the questions weren't too hard.
