I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE (Greensboro, NC) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was very straightforward. The questions were based on behavior and experiences. The recruiter was very nice and non-intimidating. She relayed exactly how the process would go and stuck to that format. It was late in the work-day but she continued to show interest- which helped with my nervousness.
This was my first job interview, but it didn't seem to bad or challenging. Since everything was behavioral, the questions weren't too hard.

Question 1
How have you ever went away from a process to perform a task differently than expected.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was entirely behavioral based. No technical questions were asked at all. They came to campus for an onsite interview, and after that you will eventually find out if you are going to be offered a job or not. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Seemed like a typical interview that you’ll get for an internship.
