GE FMP interview questions

Hires from premier colleges for one of their leadership programs. Interview surrounds financial accounting along with some HR questions so that they are able to know you better. Usually the interview is taken by 2 people - one from the business and the other from the HR team.

The process was fairly painless. In my estimation GE is most interested in finding people they believe to be a cultural fit and don't concern themselves with technical ability.
