they asked me to explain my leadership experience, my short term career path, long term career path and why i applied to this specific position.

The process starts when you apply to the position by submitting your resume online. The HR will contact you for a short phone interview if you pass the pre-interview screening. First round interview will be 1:1 or 2:1. Second round interview is a panel interview and case study presentation.
