GE Aerospace interview questions

I was contacted by an agency for a reliability position. I went through four sets of interviews in a four-hour period. Overall, I thought that the company was pretty good, but a bit behind the times in terms of technology for their products.

The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and gave me the opportunity to compose my thoughts and answer thoroughly. The process was not stress and I quickly heard back from the recruiter afterwards.
