GE Aerospace Engineer/Technologist interview questions

Panel interview with department manager and principal engineers. Relaxed atmosphere with conversation regarding past experiences and eductation. Essentially a personality interview with discussion of past experience. Did not involve skills assessment. Interview experience affected by manager and department.
