It was a great experience for an interview. It lasted about 30 min, and the recruiter was really nice. I received the interview from the recruiter through an Engineering Conference in Baltimore Maryland.

First, someone from HR called me by mobile phone. He asked me lots of questions about my career plan and some min technical stuff.Then he said to wait for a week to send e-mail to me. This e-mail included infortmation about new interview on-site.

Interview
Very lengthy, it took about 2 months from the first call of a GE recruiter to a presencial interview, in this period lots of phone calls with HR, different managers and technical people.
The presencial interview was very technical and very concise regarding the role responsibilities. After that a talk with te HR people that ask some questions about your background and your expectations and finally a talk about the GE culture.
