There were a lot of red flags. The recruiter kept mentioning that the job was unpaid and follows FLSA. She sent a questionnaire word doc, which asked questions that were on my resume and also asked once again if I was okay with the job being unpaid. We exchanged about 6 emails and got back to me that same day saying they would like to interview me tomorrow. About 3am (6 hours before the interview) she emailed me from a different email address saying that I am to contact her from this email now on. The interview was done via Skype and had myself, the recruiter and 2 other people in the call who did not talk. The entire process seemed very sketchy and very scam-like. She told me I would hear back from them within the next 5 days if I got the job. I heard back from her the next day with an offer but I rejected. The entire organization thrives off desperate for work unpaid interns.
