Freshfields interview questions

I sent my application via the Freshfields website, and after one week, I received an invitation for an interview. The first interview took place in person. If they are interested in your profile, they will call you in 2/3 weeks for the 2nd interview.

3 interviews in 6 months period with 6 different managers with no specific reason as to what was the purpose of the second and third one because the topics discussed were exactly the same
