Virtual interview: pre-recorded questions to be answered within a limited period of time, about the candidate, their motivations, strengths and weaknesses, etc. There were also some scenario-based questions, asking how the candidate would react in a certain situation. Questions about recent deals and specific practice areas were asked too.

Smooth interview process - first was a competency/motivation interview with HR and a partner, second was a news article analysis interview also with HR and a partner (different individuals of course).
