Competency based application, aptitude test, one face-to-face interview and then an assessment centre. Make sure you use the words used on the website to describe your competency, this is basically a 'tick-box' exercise. The aptitude test is used as a filter. If you pass, you are immediately invited to the interview. If not, you are rejected.

I went through an agency who convinced me to apply despite my reservations of the role versus what I was looking for. I had two interviews along with several hours of IQ and psychometric tests. The first interview was fine. The second was an interview with a female partner who really got my back up. She flitted through my cv and made a big issue of trying to connect dates and identify gaps, reasons for leaving, etc (despite the fact that the jobs in question were part-time throughout college). She obviously felt she was being professional, but i found the way she behaved as anything but professional as it suggested she was not familiar with my cv and didnt read feedback from the first interview. It was my first hint of cultural and leadership problems within the department.
