Competency based application, aptitude test, one face-to-face interview and then an assessment centre.
Make sure you use the words used on the website to describe your competency, this is basically a 'tick-box' exercise.
The aptitude test is used as a filter. If you pass, you are immediately invited to the interview. If not, you are rejected.

Stage 2 is an assessment center with a case study and teamwork task

was fairly straightforward. Just need to know the role, your CV, and examples of experiences to reinforce your points made during the interview in progress. Will be beneficial to know values and how you can apply them to yourself

I had a telephone interview, the woman on the call was very friendly and helpful. standard questions about knowledge on the company, the industry, the service line (tax). also included a few questions on time management, team work and data/numerical analysis. They emailed me an hour after the interview, inviting me to the assessment centre day which I have still to attend
