I did the process in October 2021, and I had an excellent experience.
The recruiter was always updating me and putting me up to date with all the necessary information as the interviews progressed. An experience that I haven't had with other companies so far.
I believe we already have several reviews and explanations on Glassdoor of the 3 steps of the interview process, so I won't go into those details, it's exactly what is written in the other reviews both about the interviews and the subject covered in each step.
As for information about salary and benefits, the information was a little vague. The company offers bonuses, but not even the recruiter went into details of numbers, and today with the contract signed I still don't know what the percentage of the annual bonus is.
About the support offered by the company for the allocation of remote work equipment, it was also not informed, even after being asked, leading to even after signing the contract not knowing what the values offered by the company are and what they support.
But these are just details, what I saw about the company talking to the engineers and everyone involved in the process caught my attention and made me accept the offer.
