Form3 interview questions

The interview process at this company was well-organized and efficient, consisting of three distinct steps. First, I had a meeting with a member of the recruitment team, who provided me with an overview of the company and the role I was interviewing for. Next, I was asked to present a case study to demonstrate my practical experience and skills. This was followed by an interview with a Senior Business Analyst from Form3, who thoroughly evaluated my case study and asked me a number of insightful and challenging questions. Finally, I met with the Product Managers, who were interested in learning more about my previous experiences and the processes I have implemented in the past. Throughout the entire interview process, I found the atmosphere to be friendly and relaxed, and I appreciated the fact that the interview times were scheduled in advance and aligned with my availability. Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process and the professionalism of the team. I would highly recommend this company as a mature Fintech startup with a strong focus on talent development and growth. I received an offer from the company but unfortunately had to decline it due to personal circumstances and limited time to start the work. I hope that I will have the opportunity in the future to try again and join this dynamic and exciting company.

They have 3 stages, HR, Take home test, engineer interview. The take home test have very strict rules, most of them doesn't make any sense at all. They are looking for people whose just follow orders, don't try to be creative as they will reject you immediately. If you want to create a complete solution, it will take days and I hate working without any payment, you shouldn't do that too.
