I was contacted by a recruiter. He organizes an initial call where the incompany recruiter will explain everything you may have already known by the external recruiter and by research done before.
Then they ask you to complete a very simple technical test.
I completed the test using my spare time and addressing all their requirements.
Finally they reject you without giving any reason, feedback or justified response.
They are losing good candidates by the lack of knowledge of how a good backend has to be written. It is very relative, and they should be more open to different approaches.
I don't think is good to work on a company that is unable to provide feedback on the technical test result, neither give space for discussion.
