Form3 interview questions

A recruiter got in touch via honeypot and the process went as follow: - Interview with the recruiter - Take home test - Final interview in 3 parts: code review / networking questions / debugging exercise + CI/CD Even though I didn't get the offer, the whole process was very good and transparent, and they even scheduled a meeting to give me feedback and explain the reasons of the refusal. It was one of the best selection processes I've ever participated in. The company looks great, the team is very professional and friendly and the process is well defined.

The interviews were very dynamic, only three steps, and an after the last one a review/feedback meeting to complete the whole process. The schedule of the meetings were sent in advance, no awkward moments / surprises rises during the meeting.
