They have a really well structured process.
First you have an interview with someone from the Talent team, they give you an overview of the company and the role. They will give you some information about the benefits and if both parties are happy you will move to the second step which is a tech test.
The tech test is an API client you have to build to interact with a fake accounts API, you have to write integration tests for the client that will run against the fake API they provide using docker. There is no time limit for this test.
Third step is a series of interviews with 3 different engineers where you talk about your solution, a system design scenario and finally a troubleshooting scenario.
If everything goes well, expect to receive an offer in 2 to 3 days.
