Forever 21 Visual Merchandiser interview questions

Scheduling my interviews was tricky because it was based around the traveling schedule of the field visual merchandiser and the district manager. I had one on one interviewed with each of them as well as a skills test. I was giving 45 minutes to pull 5 together different looks that fit a theme, fully accessorized and then had to present those looks to the management team. It was a fun environment.

It was very detailed with 2 phone interviews, an in person interview and at the in person interview you had to show your stuff. You had to find a full outfit that represented a particular girl, explain the elements of a window, merchandise a fixture, etc.
