Interview
Well, I can't describe the hiring process, but the interview process is pretty simple. They are looking for people that can work flexible hours, have a good attitude, and can stay for some period of time. If you fit the bill, you will probably be hired. The questions aren't particularly difficult - what's your biggest flaw? what's your greatest strength? I feel that if you can answer those competently you will probably get hired. Unfortunately for me, I was looking for a temporary position so I didn't get hired. (At least that's why I think I didn't get hired...)

Interview
They were having a job fair at the mall where they are opening a new store. You had to fill it out an application and talk a a manager right after. The manager who interviewed me asked what I expected from the job, what I like about fashion and who is my celebrity inspiration, fashion wise. She also asked about my experience as a sales associate and asked if I had interest on the visual aspect of the business.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2009
Interview
After turning in my application to the store, I received a phone call a few days later asking if I would like to come in for an interview. I came to the store, and I had the interview with one of the managers. The manager pulled out two chairs, and we just sat in the middle of the store to conduct the interview. The questions were standard (tell me about your customer service experience, how would you handle certain situations with customers, why Forever 21, etc...). The whole interview was very informal.
