Forever 21 , Sales Associate interview questions

I have a couple of friends that work at Forever21 in times Square and they let me know that they were holding open interviews. I went in with my application and went to the first floor where the interviews were being held, they let a group of about 7 of us into one of the fitting room areas and. First the manager introduced himself, then he took our applications and asked us 3 questions and one by one we answered them in order. The first question is why r u interested in working for forever21, the second was what does customer service mean to you, and the third was a time when you went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I haven't gotten a call back yet but hopefully by today or tomorrow *crosses fingers* :)

The Fairfield mall is opening up a brand new forever 21 store. So I came prepared with my application and resume and I saw 2 tables with a lady interviewer for each one and a separate table for the people who needed to fill out an application. I came there dressed and prepared and I saw about 7 girls sitting at the tables filling their apps and wearing normal clothes so that took away my nervousness a little. My friend and I were asked to sit at one of the tables to be interviewed. It went by fairly quick probably a few minutes. Just simple questions were asked like "why do you want to work here" and then she says shell call us if we get the job. Other questions included "what's the latest fashion trends of the season". Etc. No call back yet! :)
