Forever 21 , Sales Associate interview questions

I went to the open interview and I thought everything was going fine I had to wait about an hour to get interviewed but when I got up there the first girl asked me why I wanted to work in forever 21, she looked at my resume and asked me about my previous jobs. She then asked if I had any preference to location and I said no because my house was close to ontario and my school was close to montclair she then sent me over to the girl that was interviewing the people for montclair and she asked me to tell her a little bit about myself and why I wanted to work at forever 21 after she was done she said she would call me on Thursday and I thought she meant the Thursday of that week but its been over a week since the open interview and she hasn't called me I say I'm not getting hired and that is rude she shouldn't have said she was gonna call and end up not calling. I want to know how long it took others to get a second interview?

It was a pretty simple and average interview. They really want someone with A LOT of availability and being that I didn't have have that much availability, they didn't hire me.
